Prior to founding Business Intelligence 101, Kevin Lalor was Vice
President of Sales for Imanami software. In two years, Kevin Lalor's
profitably transformed what was a consulting company into a
multi-million dollar software company increasing revenues by nearly
800%. Prior to joining Imanami, Kevin Lalor founded the Kaizen
Solutions Inc. in Seattle WA. Kevin Lalor personally financed the
company and ran all of the North American operations, which included
worldwide sales and marketing. After DBM Systems Inc. acquired Kaizen
Solutions in 1999; Kevin Lalor worked with DBM for one year to assist
with the transition from an ERP software reseller oriented company to
provider to that of manufacturing business-consulting firm. Before
Kaizen Solutions, Kevin Lalor rose through the ranks at IBM for six
years in a variety of sales and marketing positions. While at IBM,
Kevin Lalor was responsible for managing key IBM accounts such as US
West and Boeing. In 1986, he graduated from the California Polytechnic
State University at San Luis Obispo with a degree in Industrial

Aimee has a passion for helping clients gather the correct
background information in order to ensure the success of every project.
As an ERP Implementation Consultant, she is responsible for building
pre-sales software demonstrations and managing enterprise application
implementations in areas such as financial, human resource and customer
relationship management. With a strong background in accounting and
finance, her expertise lies in Software as a Service (SaaS)
applications, such as NetSuite.
Aimee assists clients to solve their current business challenges
through process improvement and cloud based solutions, drawing upon her
expertise in implementations, enhancements, maintenance, and support.
She holds a bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology, with a
certification in project management. In her spare time she enjoys
cycling, swimming, and spending time with her family.
Client Services Engineer
Growing up in the heart of the Silicon Valley, Andrew naturally
became a self-driven technology enthusiast. He is constantly seeking
new ways to apply what he's learned and teach everyone else around him,
especially with many industries shifting to the cloud. Since joining
Bi101, he has become a strong advocate for all things cloud and loves
sharing all that he can about their influence on society.
Andrew attended University of the Pacific, completing his Bachelor's
degree in Engineering Management, with a concentration in Electrical
Engineering. It served as a central location for him to still enjoy the
outdoors, with a strong passion for anything on a board: surf, skate,
wake, snow. When he's not on the go, he loves spending time with his
family and friends at home and in the kitchen, serving up delicious
meals to be shared by all.
Bob joins Bi101 with over twenty-five years of ERP sales and sales management experience in the
distribution and services industries. Working both with traditional on-premise solutions and SaaS
offerings for leading providers of vertical market solutions, most recently Epicor Software. In addition,
Bob worked as a programmer and IT Manager for a very large electrical distributor (#13 largest) and
successfully managed the implementation of new ERP software in that role for over 400 hundred users.
In his current role as NetSuite Account Executive, Bob’s experience and business knowledge will help
craft the best NetSuite cloud solution to meet all customer requirements. Bob graduated from Boston
College with a double major in Economics and Mathematics, lives in Pleasanton with his family and
enjoys golf, racquetball, cycling and swimming.
Brian J. Lenzen
With 20+ years of financial & management acumen, Brian joins Bi101 to enhance
the company's NetSuite & cloud based solution offerings. ERP systems
improvements and operational change management has been the focus most of his
career. Starting early in his career at ADP, Brian assisted numerous companies with
enhancing as well as automating payroll & labor tracking operations across a wide
variety of industry verticals. Continuing his drive to assist companies become
operationally efficient, Brian worked for many years as a Corporate Controller for
large multi-million dollar organizations enhancing and consolidating systems
processes for high growth operations across of range of companies including real
estate, merchant card processing, data hosting, and digital security platforms.
Experienced with many different ERP products over the years, Brian chose to return
his concentration to advisory services on NetSuite & other cloud technologies to
assist businesses stay competitive in today’s marketplace. Originally from the Midwest,
Brian was educated at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse with dual majors in
Business Management & Corporate Finance, along with numerous other technology
certifications & real estate licenses in CO & AZ. In his leisure time outside of Bi101,
he enjoys recreational sports & the outdoors by splitting his time between the
mountains, lakes and oceans of the US.
Jack is responsible for executing Business Intelligence 101’s “Business-in-a-Box,” Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) bookkeeping service. Jack is a 30 year financial veteran. Jack brings Bi101 clients a range of financial expertise spanning from his role as CEO of Franklin Management System, a small financial services company, to his tenure as CFO of Cerida Corporation, an Inc. 500 company.
In addition, Jack has had a progressively responsible accounting career starting at Fitzgerald Investment Trust then moving on to the Raytheon Company and later to Zoll Medical Corporation where he participated in the preparation of their successful public offering in 1992.
Jack’s educational background includes a BSBA in accounting from Northeastern University and an MBA from Babson College. In addition to his accounting credentials jack is also an experienced tax professional having earned his Enrolled Agent designation in 1999. The combined accounting and tax background allows Jack to offer our clients a more complete financial solution.
Lindsay is an inbound marketing daredevil from North Carolina. Prior
to joining Bi101, she established Farr Associates’ online
marketing platform, created channels for lead generation, and more than
doubled sales revenue. In 2008, Lindsay was honored to be selected for
Branch Banking and Trust’s (NYSE: BBT) Leadership Development
Program, which is recognized by Training Magazine as the “Top
Quality Employee Training Program.” She continually strives to
expand her marketing expertise and worked closely with Market Basket
Nutrition, a startup, where she helped establish the company as a
sought after resource for child and family nutrition counseling.
Lindsay received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest
University where she studied Psychology and Spanish. She looks forward
to contributing to Bi101’s continued success and explosive
growth. After hours, she enjoys international travel, martial arts, and
volunteering with Connect-a-Kid.
Teresa came to Bi101 with a background in banking and finance. She
currently handles Bi101 renewals and customer retention department.
Teresa has expert knowledge of Bi101's current cloud offerings as well
as our legacy products so she's able to converse across a broad
spectrum of technology solutions. Teresa's Customer service abilities
have contributed to Bi101's stellar customer satisfaction results and
record retention rates. When not at Bi101, Teresa enjoys time spent
with her family enjoying the beautiful Northern California

Tyler graduated with honors from California Lutheran University
where he completed his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information
Systems. While at CLU, he gained a diverse set of skills and knowledge
in areas of information systems, database management, networking,
programming, and software engineering. Tyler’s other courses and
time spent studying abroad in Europe refined his communication
abilities and gave him an enlightened view of different cultures
throughout the world.
Tyler joins Bi101 with a strong background in customer service, as
well as a keen interest in all realms of technology. He is eager to
educate others on all that technology can offer today, and excited to
see what new ventures it will lead to in the future. Additionally, he
is constantly seeking to improve his understanding of the world around
him and the various ways technology can be interwoven to improve our
daily lives. Time not spent at the office is rounded out by playing
guitar and attending concerts, a plethora of physical activities, and
of course relaxing with friends and family.
