Kevin is passionate about celebrating in customer success. As the CEO and founder of Business Intelligence 101, he guides the staff to help software and services companies succeed.

He uses the business skills he learned by working at IBM to help businesses combine cloud technology and industry best practices to grow their business. By equipping them and the staff at Business Intelligence 101, Kevin’s goal is to change the world one company at a time.

Kevin graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a BS in Industrial Engineering. It was there that he met his best friend and wife Maria with whom he shares four great children. When not at work, you can find Kevin putting on a bi-monthly poker tournament.

Aimee Atchison

Aimee is passionate about analyzing problems and helping clients find creative ways to more effectively run their businesses.

Working on ERP implementation projects has taught Aimee how to be a true customer advocate.

At Business Intelligence 101, she is responsible for the post sales customer experience; from engagement planning and resource management, implementation rollout and the support at all stages of the services lifecycle.

She has been able to use this knowledge to lead team members to build strong, long-term relationships with our customers.

Aimee holds a bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology, with a certification in project management. In her spare time she enjoys cycling, swimming, and spending time with her family.

Lindsay Donohue

Lindsay loves seeing clients grow beyond their expectations by leveraging new technologies.

Lindsay ensures client satisfaction by helping businesses find reliable technology and resources for success.

There’s nothing more frustrating than technology that doesn’t work which is often the case when clients come to her.

Delighting her customers with clear and regular communication has earned her the trust of many valuable clients.

Prior to joining Bi101, she established Farr Associates’ online marketing platform and more than doubled sales revenue. In 2008, Lindsay was honored to be selected for Branch Banking and Trust’s Leadership Development Program, which is recognized by Training Magazine as the “Top Quality Employee Training Program.”

Lindsay received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University where she studied Psychology and Spanish. After hours, she enjoys international travel, martial arts, and helping out on the family farm.

Teresa Wager

Teresa finds enjoyment in really getting to know and understand her clients. Working with her customers and investing in on-going long term relationships is what makes going to work so exciting for her.

At Business Intelligence 101, Teresa manages on-going customer account relationships. With a background in customer relations, she is the first to roll up her sleeves and help customers resolve any issues they may have.

From finance, fraud, foreign remittance, or customer call centers, Teresa learned how to understand and work with people in a variety of scenarios. She was even awarded the Customer Excellence Achievement by Bank of America.

Teresa is Google sales certified and has gone back to school to study business. She has been married for 28 years and has two children.

In her spare time, Teresa loves to read, volunteer at the teen crisis center, and spend time with her family.

Trent Johnson

Trent has a passion for leveraging technology to make our day-to-day lives easier and educating people on how they can benefit from the use of technology. He is an avid problem-solver who looks at every challenge as an opportunity to learn and grow.

Trent is our first line of support for all of our Business Intelligence 101 customers. Whether it’s an email, call, or chat – Trent is there to help.

Trent’s passion for all things technology and years of customer service jobs have prepared him for a job in the IT field from a very young age. He has always been the “go-to” guy when any of his friends/family needed help or advice with electronics, a title he wears with pride. He also manages IT support around the office.

Trent received his Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Central Florida where he studied Information Technology.

In his spare time, Trent can be found playing volleyball, practicing handstands, or dabbling in photography.

Tyler Rankin

Tyler takes great pride in being able to show our customers ways in which they can leverage all that is available to them and always strives to find the best way to help our customers.

At Business Intelligence 101, Tyler is responsible for executing change management such as company-wide email and collaboration system implementations, such as migrating to Office 365 or G Suite. In addition he is a key player in the Managed Services Provider department.

From a very young age computers would play a major role in Tyler’s life. He was always clamoring for the newest, sleek and shiny gadgets on the market; as well as tinkering with any other devices he could find.

When Tyler isn’t at work he enjoys the outdoors, training for a shot to be on American Ninja Warrior and sharing craft beer with friends and family.

Kim Brady

Kim has a passion for working with customers and building relationships. She has proven success in collaborating with different departments to implement processes that streamline work and allow for “working smarter, not harder.”

At Business Intelligence 101, Kim is what keeps the show running behind the scenes, from working with customers to managing invoicing. Kim is always there with a bright smile and a kind word.

With a background in a number of industries, Kim uses her ability to see the bigger picture while also maintaining an eye for detail. Her passion for fixing a process, rather than putting a band-aid on a problem, is an asset to both our customers and our internal team.

Kim received her Bachelors Degree from University of Phoenix, with a focus in finance and budgets, while also raising two toddlers. She returned to the Bay Area in 2014 after living in San Diego for seven years.

She enjoys spending time with her two children who are both active in sports. You can find Kim coaching her daughter’s soccer team or busy cheering on the sidelines. They are an active family that enjoys water sports and watching movies.

Mitch Grimes

Mitch works hard to find great client opportunities, and then uses creative solutions to resolve them in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible.

As an Account Executive, he identifies benefits his clients can leverage in the cloud to streamline their daily activities. Once they have made the choice to implement a cloud service, he walks them through every step of the process.

Through his diverse work experiences, Mitch has come to realize that by listening, we can truly understand what motivates companies to undergo change. He utilizes this technique to develop cloud solutions that most effectively resolve a client’s needs.

He recently graduated with a Master’s in Business Administration, with a focus in management, from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

When not at work, Mitch enjoys composing and playing music in a variety of genres, hiking, riding dirt bikes, and spending time with family and friends.
