Amede Hungerford joined NetSuite in 2010 and serves as Senior Director of Marketing. Hungerford drives marketing strategy, planning and execution for NetSuite's fast-growing channel and strategic partner programs. With a wealth of experience in the ERP and CRM arenas, Amede has a passion for conveying how NetSuite delivers web-based integrated business systems with the power of traditional applications used by the world's largest companies, but at a fraction of the cost and complexity. Prior to NetSuite, Hungerford held senior marketing leadership roles across Enterprise and SMB segments in such companies as HP, Sybase, Intuit, FICO and Jamcracker. He earned his MBA from The Wharton School of Business and holds a BSEE degree from Duke University.

Serena Donovan is a Sacramento native who started her career at the Sacramento Business Journal. She has spent nearly a decade working to help small business implement cloud based services to free their IT departments from the cost and time of maintaining infrastructure, and allow them to instead focus on their core business goals and initiatives. Serena currently works for Google's Enterprise group.
