Industry research shows that the average corporate email user sends and receives nearly 90 emails a day, the equivalent of 1.5 MB per day of storage. In two years, this number is predicted to rise to over 3 MB per day, per user. Compliance requirements also continue to rise, holding enterprises more accountable for storing and retrieving data sent and received from their email and instant message systems. As businesses become more sophisticated, the volume and complexity of data exchanged using email forces IT managers to evaluate more comprehensive message management systems.
In response to the growing need among enterprises for a solution to increasingly complex message management issues, Archive One Policy Manager offers a comprehensive solution to automatically manage email retention policies, reducing mailbox size and storage costs, improving email user productivity, and driving compliance with both corporate and government regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA and GLB, amongst others.
