Q: Utilizing the "Move" function
within SmartDL is very interesting to us, but can this feature be used
in moving objects beween domains?
A: Yes, SmartDL's move funciton
can support moving object sbetween Active Directory and Exchange domains.

Q: Smart Dynasty: What is a Smart Dynasty?
A: We have expanded the Dynasty fuinction in SmartDL
4.0 to allow for "Mulit-Level" dynasties. These dynasties can
create other dynasties. For example, you can create one Dynasty that groups
by Country, then State, and finally City. When updated, the Smart Dynasty
would create groups for everyone in a particular country, which in turn
would then generate groups in each state within the country, and down
through to the city. These dynasties can include queries, and can also
utilize outside data to determine membership and grouping.

Q: If an employee leaves the company, but who
had a parge amount of groups, how can we recover and trasnfer the groups
without having to start all over again?
A: SmartDL has a function called
"Transfer Ownership". this wizard based function guides you
through an easy change of wonership process without having to manually
reenter inthe informaiton or go searching for the various groups.

Q: How can we single out a particular group,
or series of groups amonst hundreds for scheudling updates?
A: Yes. SmartDL 4.0 can easily navigate your needs
for updating a group from within a large or small infrastructure.

Q: Are we able to import data from External srouces
using SmartDL?
A: Using SmartDL's "Import Membership"
wizard, you can import from a simple text file and add them as members.
the text file must contains one row per line and one column of data.

Q: Nesting: What is nesting?
A: Adding a distribution list as a member of another
distribution list is called nesting, so actually, Smart Dynasties are
nested distribution lists.

Q: Can SmartDL print reports based on Active
Directory?
A: Yes, SmartDL has a reporting
feature that provides printable reports for Active Directory.
