Q:After installing SmartR report pacs, the pull down menu is not showing all of the report options for Exchange 5.5, Exchange 2000 and Active Directory.

A:SmartR in only going to list reports pertinent to a specific directory, such as Exchange 5.5, 2000, or Active Directory.

Q:Our compnay operates over 25 Exchange Servers, and we neeed keep track off all our mailboxes, as well as other objects. Is SmartR able to handle this task as well?

A:Although SmartR was not designed to manage your distribution list, our other porduct SmartDL does. SmartDL is our automated distribution list managemnt tool built for Exchnage or Active directory.

Q:Does SmartR provide any information sorting within the reports?

A:Yes, SmartR will both provide you the requested infromation, but also give you the option of exportting the information into a either the .xls or .csv format.

Q:Can SmartR provide any phone directory reporting?

A:Yes, SmartR includes a phonebook report which includes employee and contact information sotred in the Exchange Directory. We also have a tool called, WebDIR, which as a powerful tool that allows users to udate thier own infomration and includes a web-based phonebook, accessible to all users.
