Q:All of out Company's users are located within the same forest in Active Directory, however we have different domains for each geographical location. DO i need to create virtual servers for each location?

Q:Does your product provide any help functions for end-users?

A:Yes, WebDir contains client-side help sources.

Q:Our directory is bombarded by information in a variety of formats, making information hard to locate, can WebDIR help with that?

A:Yes, WebDir regulates data formatting with a function called, "input validation".

Q:Can WebDIR handle multiple domains?

A:Yes, using the Global Catalog users are able to search and modify objects from different domains.

Q:What about anonymous users?

A: Yes, WebDIR Phonebook and Classic user interfaces support anonymous access through a "view-only" feature.

Q:Does WebDir give you total access to all fields in our directory?

A:Yes, as well as custom attribute fields.
