Mailscape™ currently supports all versions of Exchange 2000 and 2003. A version that will support Exchange 2007 will be available shortly.

Mailscape™ is licensed for all front end and back end Exchange servers in your environment. Mailscape™ Pro is optimized for back end Exchange servers that contain databases; Mailscape™ Lite is optimized for front end exchange servers (gateway, OWA, and/or Blackberry servers).

You will receive the greatest benefit from Mailscape™ if you deploy it in the following manner: The Mailscape™ One Look monitoring system was designed to be displayed in area that Exchange Administrators can easily view.
